I would like to submit a story for your Modern Pulp Heroes edition but wanted to check with your first… In England, Dan Dare: Pilot of the Future was a popular comic book character in the fifties, sixties and seventies and in my story I revisit him as an old man. But is Dan Dare known in the U.S? Would your readership recognise his name, or the name of his nemesis, The Mekon?
